Construction of our maintenance facility at Cooktown airport was completed in June 2018. Soon after all CASA approvals and permissions were granted. Cooktown Aircraft Maintenance opened the hanger doors for business later in 2018. The facility was officially opened by the Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison in January 2019. The facility consists of air -conditioned parts rooms, parts storage, offices , kitchen, bathrooms , WI.FI. and parking for up to 20 planes.

Our engineers have experience on a wide variety of aircraft. Safety is our main objective through compliance with CASA regulations/procedures and knowledge, experience, attentiveness of the individuals physically working on the aircraft. We carry a huge range of parts for PA 31s ,C 172s, Airvans and Lycoming engines, including exhausts, tyres , brakes, mags etc. We have proved time and time again having these parts on stock contributes to quick turn around times for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. We have a maintenance planner employed to help make certain all of your aircraft logs and maintenance records are compliant with the CASA regulations.
